Summary:
SUNY Ulster seeks a full-time Cleaner to perform routine cleaning of campus buildings.
Hours will be from 6:
00 am - 2pm, Monday through Friday.

Incumbents in this title may perform some or all of the following, as well as other related activities not described:
Dusts chairs, tables, desks, and other furniture; Washes windows, walls, bathrooms, water closets, tubs and chalk boards; Sweeps, mops, washes, strips, waxes and oils floors; Gathers and disposes of refuse; Fills bathroom dispensers; Cleans and polishes furniture and metal furnishings; May vacuum and shampoo rugs; May direct traffic during special events; May move furniture; May clear snow and ice from walks, steps and pathways; May, on occasion, secure buildings.

In addition, CSEA covered members receive, on an annual basis:
10 vacation days, 12 sick days, 5 personal days, and 15 holidays including 4 floating holidays.
CSEA covered members who are required to work on a Holiday will be compensated at the overtime rate for all hours worked and in addition, shall be given commensurate time off.
