Must have a vast knowledge of everything from concept to turn-key and everything in-between.
To ensure all project work is completed to contract expectations including a variety of general contracting scopes (e.

excavating, drywall, concrete forming and finishing work).
Ability to read construction drawings is a must.
We are looking for someone who can get the job done correctly and efficiently therefore a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of general contracting is needed.
Supervising others is a plus.

DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
Direct activities on the job site, including but not limited to, coordinating work flow, hands on work and operating a variety of tools.
Manages and leads by example, following LAD Construction core values.
Communicate production goals with crew members, supervisors and customers.
Monitor all tools, equipment and machinery for needed maintenance; Communicate what needs to be repaired, returned or discarded to the direct Manager.
Track and record all job expenses, including but not exclusively materials and hours worked.
Understands overall financial aspects of each job assignment including costs, budget, timeline and expectations.
Utilize required personal protective equipment; Ensures that all safety and maintenance procedures are adhered to.
Consistently looks for ways to self-improve and learn industry standards and updates.
Interacts and provides customer service to the customer developing a partnership; provides consistent feedback to customer and provides answers as needed.
