We are a husband and wife team and we opened our second restaurant in August of 2022.
We work hard and have fun while doing it and we are looking for like minded people to join our team! You:
The Server/Bartender takes orders from guests at our counter, enters them into our POS system, makes drinks and runs food to guests.
The Counter Server is a vital player on our team and is responsible for ensuring that guests have everything they need while creating memorable moments of hospitality for our guests.
The Counter Server is also responsible for keeping the dining area clean, organized, and stocked.
Essentials:
Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for all guests who walk through our doors.
Stock the counter with necessary packing, product and service tools.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and the seating area.
Assists the Taquera/Taquero with expediting, timeliness of orders, plating/packing.
Runs through the shift with grace, while maintaining a sense of urgency Communicates effectively with staff members, management, and the kitchen during service.

Able to keep track of stock and assist with inventory Requirements:
You must be 18 years of age or older for this role A minimum of 1 year prior restaurant experience in a full-service restaurant You are eager to learn and hardworking.
Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs.
